Whenever we talk about tourism our mind only goes towards providing service to tourist and earning profit and one of small contributor in national GDP and some cheap economic opportunity as the porters, guides, travel agencies and other arrangement related agencies. The role of TUDE in tourism sector would be quite different, TUDE is not about arranging tours and treks to famous tourist destination but is about promoting those destinations which are far from glamour but can offer a lot to tourism sector through research & documentation, promotional campaigns & audio & video demonstrations and through capacity building training, awareness initiatives at local as well as in national level.
